TERM: First order to be prepaid by Credit Card or Check. Our terms are net due in 30 days from Date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% interest per month will be added to al overdue balances over 60 days.
SHIPPING: 10% of total order. Books are shipped via Post Office Media Mail. We can ship via UPS or FED EX but shipping rates will be raised to meet higher costs.
SHORTAGES: If you have received a box of books that does not have the correct amount of books in it or have not received the books in pristine condition you must report the problem within 3 business days of the date they received.
